Employment-Based Visas

		A U. S. corporation wishes to employ a foreign student in a professional capacity, but the student is not currently authorized to work. A foreign-born professional seeks a visa status that will enable him/her to pursue the profession in the U.S.
		A U.S. branch of a corporation abroad wishes to transfer employees from abroad to the U.S. branch.
		A foreign-born person or foreign corporation has established or wants to establish a business in the U.S. and wants to bring in his/her family and business personnel.
		A religious institution wishes to hire a foreign-born person to perform religious functions within the organization in the U.S.

Immigrant Visas

A U.S. employer wants to retain a valuable employee who does not possess permanent residence in the U.S.

Family-Based Immigration

		A U.S. citizen plans to marry a foreign national and wants to bring him/her to the U.S. or obtain permission for him/her to stay here permanently.
		A U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident wishes to bring relatives to the U.S., either temporarily or permanently.
